Fruit Smoothies are a healthy and delicious snack/drink. They are perfect during the hot summer months and a great lowfat way to satisfy a sweet tooth! Fruit Smoothies are also the perfect way to get your kids to eat their fruit! They will love it and not even realize they are eating something healthy! Add the following ingredients in a blender and blend just slightly. 1 cup of Fat Free Milk & 2 cups of your favorite fruit (strawberries,blueberries, mixed berries, etc.) (You can use frozen fruit but it may add additional calories) Now add the rest of ingredients: 1 cup of cool whip 8 ice cubes Blend all together until ice is completely chopped. Pour into 2 glasses and serve! This entire recipe serves 2 and has a calorie count of about 280 (for entire recipe) You can also add ice cream for the kids (adds calories though!), whipped cream, frozen yogurt or yogurt.
