How Do You Make A Matchbook Style Miniature Notebook?

0

Matchbook style notebooks are tiny. You can carry one at all times to jot down ideas or phone numbers. They make wonderful last minute gifts and are an excellent use for scraps of paper that might otherwise be thrown away. Make one or make a handful. The time investment is minimal, and you can embellish them any number of ways. Step 1 Measure and cut out a rectangle of two inch by five inch card stock. Step 2 Measure your sheets of paper into two inch by one-and-a-half inch rectangles. Most notebooks require 10 to 15 sheets. Step 3 Use bone folder to score the card stock at one-half inch from one end, and two inches from the other end. From the two inch mark, measure up one-fourth of an inch and score another line. Step 4 Fold the card stock at the one-half inch mark. Step 5 Place your tiny pages into the fold created at the one-half inch mark. Use your stapler to secure the pages. Step 6 Fold the card stock at your other score marks. This will create a flap that is the front cover. Tuc
