This recipe only uses five ingredients: flour tortillas, cream cheese, salsa, chopped green onions, and shredded cheese. Combine 8 ounces softened cream cheese and salsa in a small bowl and mix well. Next, lay each tortilla flat in your hand. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese and salsa mixture onto the tortilla. Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions and your choice of shredded cheese. Roll the tortilla wrap tightly and place in your plastic storage container. Repeat this process for the remaining tortillas.
