This is an extremely easy and simple, yet delicious recipe for a Mozzarella Salad. It’s quick and easy to make, and if you add some grilled chicken to it, it has a ton of protein and is great for a post workout meal. I normally get a variation of this salad in some form or another at Italian restaurants or even my deli. It’s not hard to make, so don’t be intimidated by it. First, marinate your chicken breast overnight in balsamic vinaigrette. When you are ready to start making your salad, grill the chicken up on the stove or grill.
