All you need is some paper, a few simple craft supplies, and a few friends to help you attach a finished paper tree to a wall. Step 1 Cut the bottoms off of the 12 paper sacks so that you have paper tubes. Cut the paper tubes so that they become flat pieces of paper. Step 2 Place three of the pieces of paper end to end so that their narrowest sides overlap by half an inch. Glue the overlapping edges together and let them dry.
