Step 1 Cut a piece of fusible web, such as Wonder Under, to about 1/4-inch wider than your finished postcard will be. For instance, if you wanted your finished postcard to be 5 and 1/2 inches by 4 and 1/4 inches, cut your fabric stiffener to 5 and 3/4 inches by 4 and 1/2 inches.
