How Do You Make A Potty Training Chart?
Help your child celebrate each of their small potty training successes as they work towards their goal by using a potty training chart. A potty training chart will show them their progress, build their confidence, work as a reward system, and motivate them to continue their good work. Charts can be made at home with a few basic craft supplies. Choose the paper, poster board, or cardstock for the potty chart. If your child has a favorite color you may want to go with that color for the paper. Use what you have on hand at home, or make a special trip with your child to the craft store to find the right paper. Write a title on the top of your paper with your crayons, markers, gel pens, or glitter glue. You may want to title it (Your Child’s Name) Potty Chart, My Potty Chart, or (Your Child’s Name) Potty Progress. Use big, bold, bright letters and make it fun!
