Making a quilt pillow by simply turning the quilt is an easy solution to the painstaking work of creating and pinning coordinating bindings that need to be sewn to the quilt to finish it off. Cut a piece of fabric for the backing of your quilt that is at least 4 inches larger in all directions than the quilt top. Choose fabric that is pre-shrunk and complements the colors in the quilt top. A new sheet works well for this because it is already a large size.
