You can also take some ready-made shirts and alter them to sleeveless with a little work and a few inexpensive materials. Purchase a pattern similar to any of the three patterns in the reference section. Each of these shirts has sleeved shirt options, but no sleeveless one. Cut your pattern apart and collect all the pieces you will need for your size and pattern option.
