How Do You Make A Small Gift Box?

My hands aren’t made to create, glue, cut and make something beautiful. I may not strive or follow the steps properly, but my box in the end looks ugly. When I look at it I have a feeling that it was made by a 10-year-old child, not an adult. I don’t understand how my friends can make different cute things from some simple things like colored paper, scissors, glue and of course hands. I blame everything on my hands that are incapable of anything. Finally I ordered a basket from jetgiftbaskets.com made manually by someone else and I gave up on this horrible idea. Anyway, thanks a lot for sharing it with us, even if I screwed up.

I tried to do a gift following your steps. The box doesn’t look perfectly, but it is made from my heart with love and tears. Thank you very much for sharing your method!

You can use your own greeting cards to make your own small gift boxes. These small boxes work perfectly to hold tiny treasures like jewelry and miniature figurines. They are free and easy to make and require only basic craft supplies already found in your home. Children and adults will enjoy creating their own miniature gift boxes for gift giving. Fold the four tabs up and into the box. Fold the sides up and over the tabs and adhere the sides to the inside of the box using double-sided tape. Take out the card front and lay it flat on the workspace with the design facing down. Fold each side of the card in to meet near the center of the page,
