Rolled oats are available at grocery stores and health food stores. Add ½ of a cup of powdered milk, ¼ of a cup loose chamomile tea and ¼ of a cup of dried, crushed lavender. Pick up the edges of the cheesecloth, twist them together and tie them together with a string or ribbon. Tie the cheesecloth bag to your bathtub faucet so the water will run directly onto the bag.
