How Do You Make A Spinach And Strawberry Salad?
• Wash and spin-dry the spinach leaves and strawberries. • Cut strawberries in four. • Cut large laves of spinach. Baby spinach may be left as is. • Thinly slice onions. • Mix equal parts of balsamic vinegar and olive oil. • Add 2-4 tablespoons of sugar until sweet. • Add salt and pepper to taste. • Toss the spinach leaves, strawberries, sliced onions and slivered almonds together. • Add dressing and continue to toss.
