How Do You Make A Strawberry Bundt Cake?
• Place the crushed strawberries on the bottom of the bundt pan. • Sprinkle the entire package of jello powder over the berries. • If you only have large marshmallows, cut them into smaller pieces Place all of the mini marshmallows over the crushed strawberry and jello layers. • Prepare the cake mix according to the package instructions. Pour the cake mixture on top of the strawberry and marshmallow layers. • Bake in a 350ºF/180ºC oven for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Serve. You can either serve it with whipped cream or prepare the icing by yourself. However you wish! • Make the icing if using: Mix the confectioners’ sugar, soft butter, and strawberry juice in a saucepan. • Boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Drizzle over warm cake. • Add fresh strawberries and cream if you’d like. If not, the cake tastes just as great without these extras!
