Most of all enjoy! Gather 2 bananas, half a kiwi, 6 strawberries, one cup milk, half a cup of ice and one bottle of yogurt. To the blender, add the milk, yogurt, and ice. Blend for about 5 seconds. Slice the strawberries and bananas on the cutting board. Cut the Kiwi in half. Open the lid and toss in the strawberries and bananas. Squeeze the half cut kiwi juice over the top of the blender. Blend for 5 second intervals until the fruit is liquefied. Also make sure the ice is well blended. Pour the mixture into a tall glass, add a spoon or straw, serve to family and friends, and enjoy!
