Serve with a side of potato salad and you have a delicious lunch or dinner. This recipe serves 4 people. Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Break up the turkey meat in a large bowl. In a small bowl, blend the egg with minced onions, oregano, basil, and salt and pepper. Mix with the turkey meat in the large bowl. Roll the turkey meat mixture into 12 2-inch balls. Bake turkey meatballs in a jelly roll pan for 25 minutes. Place 3 turkey meatballs into each roll. Slice and saute 1 onion and 1 green pepper; place onto the turkey meatballs on the roll.
