Creating and giving valentines to your friends on Valentine’s Day can be fun, especially if the special box was created by you. Here are a few steps on how to make a Valentine card box. Wrap your shoe box and lid with wrapping paper. You want the sides of the box to be covered with the wrapping paper or construction paper. Choose red, pink or lavender colors for the paper you cover your box in. Tape the paper to the bottom of the box and the inside of the box. Wrap the lid in wrapping paper or construction paper also. Make a hole in the lid of the box. You want to cut a hole in the shape of a rectangle in the lid of your box. Be sure the hole is big enough to fit valentines in without bending or folding them.
