Cook 4 cups of whole grain rotini pasta (regular pasta can be substituted if you wish) according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Pour into a large mixing bowl. Open a regular 15-ounce can of black beans and drain the liquid off. Pour beans into bowl with pasta. Take 3 medium Roma tomatoes (or 4 small tomatoes), slice off the ends and cut them in half lengthwise. Cut each tomato half in half again lengthwise, then cut crosswise into 1/2-inch chunks. Add tomato chunks to bowl with pasta. Take one green pepper, cut it in half and remove the seeds. Slice it lengthwise into strips, then cut the strips into bite-size chunks.
