How Do You Make A Water Gun Alarm Clock?
Heavy sleepers who continually find themselves late due to a missed alarm clock are in need of something more effective. The sound of the alarm is not enough, so an assault on a different sense is in order. A standard battery-operated alarm clock and a motorized water gun create a wake-up call that the snooze button cannot easily foil. Open the alarm clock. Snip the two wires that lead from the circuit board to the speaker, leaving as much extra wire as possible. Strip the ends of the two wires leading from the board. Splice and solder two longer pieces of the 16-gauge wire to the ends. Disassemble the water gun. Snip the two wires that lead to the trigger, leaving as much extra wire as possible. Strip the ends to the two wires attached to the trigger. Splice and solder two longer pieces of the 16-gauge wire to the ends. Pop the voltage relay switch into the breadboard circuit.
