Use rubbing alcohol to remove the wrapper. Drill a hole in the back of the bottle that is large enough to feed a string of Christmas lights. Dust the bottle off in order to remove any stray bits of glass that may be lingering then thread the Christmas lights through the hole. Decorate the exterior.
