How do you make American BISCUITS I had some at craker barrel and they were great !?
The “white sauce” is gravy, similar to what we put on top of mashed potatoes (altough white gravy is best with buiscuits, and brown gravy is best with Mashed potatoes). Gravy- You can find packages in the grocery store in the same aisle as they keep seasonings. You’ll find packages of dry powder that say “Country Style Gravy.” You have to add milk/soymilk or water, and heat over a stove. very simple and quick, the directions are on the package. This “Country Style Gravy” should be very similar to the white sauce you had at Cracker Barrel. Buiscuits- As for the biscuits themself, the easiest way is to go is to go to the grocery and, near the milk and eggs, you’ll see all these paper tubes. They have biscuits in them. All you have to do is bake! Very easy, the instructions are on the tube. Pillsbury brand is good. Has a little cartoon guy with a chefs hat. Just make sure the tube says “buiscuit,” because they also make cookie dough, pizza crust, breadsticks, and other things in similar t
