If possible, use a dark glass jar, not a clear one. Warm the water in a double broiler set to high for about 2 minutes, then pour the water over the leaves. Add in the glycerin and alcohol, then stir the mixture together gently. Put the lid on tight, and store in a cool, dry place. Allow the mixture to set for about 10 days. Every day or two, try to remember to shake the container gently to help it steep thoroughly. After 10 days, strain the mixture into another jar or small bottle. Store t
