How Do You Make An Easy Eclair Sundae?

0

Growing up I remember looking forward to eating sundaes in the summer with my friends. We never seemed to grow out of that phase and now we enjoy it with our children. Here is twist to the classic sundae that is easy for anyone to make at home. Get out the two Eclairs and with a clean knife cut them horizontally (long ways). Take a spoon and remove any of the filling from the eclair and set to the side for right now. Take the malt powder and mix it into the custard filling until mixed in well. Set aside. Get out the hot fudge and a spoon. Spoon in two Tablespoons of the hot fudge and then spread it on to all four pieces of the eclair. Top each eclair piece with two scoops of ice cream. Now spoon in the custard mix evenly on all four pieces of the eclairs over the ice cream. Get out the malt balls and nuts. Sprinkle the malt balls and nuts over top and it’s ready to serve and enjoy!
