How Do You Make An Easy Enchilada Casserole Dish?

0

This is an easy enchilada casserole dish that is extremely delicious. Total bake and preparation time is about an hour with most of that time being spent waiting in ease. So sit back and maybe catch a TV show or two while making this dish. Just be sure not to overcook. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Boil the chicken breasts for twenty minutes. Empty the contents of the two cans of cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheese and salsa into a large bowl. Mix well. Rip tortilla shells into small half dollar sized chunks and include in bowl. Cut boiled chicken breasts into chunks and add into bowl. Mix contents of bowl one more time till all the ingredients are evenly mixed together. Grease a cake pan with either margarine or a cooking spray. Spread the contents of bowl evenly and smoothly into the cake pan. Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes till the cheese is a nice melted yellow color. This is a good time to get some television watching down. Caution! The dish will be extremely hot.
