Football season is upon us... Here's a delicious recipe for a low fat cheese ball. This will be the best and the easiest cheese ball you will ever make. I have received many compliments for this cheese ball. It's great served with yummy crackers. 1. Allow cheese to become room temperature. This makes it easier to mix by hand. (If you want to make a smaller ball, you use less bricks of cream cheese. The bon appetit spice amount is a teaspoon for every brick of cream cheese and the mustard is according to taste). 2. Chop most of the onion, using most of the green stalk. Avoid too much of the white area since it has a tendency to be bitter. 3. Add bon appétit spice. You can find this on the web through McCormicks spice. It's a combination of a very mild blend of Celery, Onion, Salt, and MSG. 4. Add a healthy squirt of mustard (about a teaspoon).
