How Do You Make An Easy Pizza Recipe With No Yeast?
In our house, when there wasn’t time to make pizza with yeast, we always make “scone pizza”, which is incredibly easy. In a large bowl, mix 500 grams of plain flour with 2 teaspoons of baking powder and a pinch of salt. Gradually add water, and knead it in until you have a mallable dough that can be rolled out onto a floured surface. If the dough is crumbly, and not elastic enough, try adding more water. If you add too much water, don’t worry, just add more flour until you have the right balance. This will make one round pizza approx 50cm rolled thin, less rolled thick depending on how you like it. Place on a greased baking tray in the oven at about 220Âșc, for 10 min. The remove and add the toppings and leave for another 20min.
