First take your balloon and blow it up slightly. This will stretch the balloon a little, making it easier to fill. Take your funnel and put the nozzle of it into the open balloon until it is firmly in place. Slowly add flour. Do not fill the neck, but pack the flour in until it is about the size of your palm. Take the funnel out of the balloon and carefully tie the balloon shut. Squeeze when stressed!
