How Do You Make An Eco Friendly Green Peanut Man Puppet?
It’s raining outside and the kids have nothing to do. How about creating a puppet made entirely of peanut shells? The kids can learn about eco friendly green materials that save the environment and at the same time have fun making the puppet! Start by cracking the groundnut peanuts in half and preserve both peanut shells carefully. Take out the peanuts and consume or save them for later. Repeat until you have a fistful of empty peanut shells. Cut the string into four pieces (two equal long pieces, two equal short pieces). Tie a few knots until they form a ball of knots at the end of each string. The knots will anchor the strings in place when later placed into the empty peanut shells. Take a pair of peanut shells and put glue on their open rims. Then, sandwich a piece of knotted string between these peanut shells.
