How Do You Make An Oysters And Artichokes Sauce?

0

This is an interesting mix of ingredients for this sauce and it goes great with any time of pasta or even rice. The following recipe makes for six to eight servings. The first thing to do is clean the artichokes and take out the leaves and set them away, and in a bowl with the squeezed lemon add the artichoke hearts. Next add them to a saucepan and let them heat on medium for about fifteen minutes, then drain them and cut them into pieces and put them aside for now. Then in a sauce pan add the olive oil, the parsley and a few onion rings and heat on low, and as soon as you see a color change add the artichoke hearts and the rest of the half onion and cook for a few minutes then add the wine and let it evaporate. At this point add the oysters and cook on medium for two minutes and to finish add the fresh tomatoes (cut into pieces) and cook for a total of fifteen to twenty minutes.
