How Do You Make Anti Pasta Salad?
If you like sardines and anchovies, this recipe is for you! My husband really enjoys this salad. It is a nice dish to take to a picnic or party. INGREDIENTS: 2 red peppers, sliced 2 cans tuna, drained 2 cans sardines, cleaned 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 cans anchovies, cleaned 2 teaspoons olive oil 1 can sliced black olives On a large plate layer in the following order: 1 red pepper, sliced Tuna Sardines Garlic Anchovies Drizzle olive oil over the top. Next, sprinkle with black olives. Finally arrange remaining red pepper slices on top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Serve with crackers of your choice.
