In a 6-quart saucepan over medium heat, while stirring add the tomato puree, tomato sauce, tomato paste, bay leaves, garlic powder, water, parsley flakes, salt and pepper. Once all ingredients are added, reduce heat and let Tomato Gravy simmer so it can thicken, stir occasionally. If necessary, add sugar to cut through the acid.
