This Baked Chicken and Stuffing recipe is easy to make ahead of time and easy to bake in the oven. This is a fast, easy chicken recipe. Step 1 – Make Stuffing in bowl Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Using the directions on the grocery store stuffing, make enough stuffing for large serving for each person you are serving. Step 2 – Prepare Chicken Thaw (if necessary), rinse and salt/pepper each side of each piece of chicken. Step 3 – Mix Mushroom soup and jar of chicken gravy In a bowl, whisk these two ingredients together. Step 4 – Assemble all ingredients in baking dish Put a thin layer of gravy mix in the bottom of the baking dish. Put the Chicken pieces in one layer on one side of the dish.
