How Do You Make Baked Pork Chops?

0

This recipe is great if you want to take plain old pork chops and really dress them up. Very spicy! Makes a great main dish. You can substitute oil for the non stick spray if you like. Also, directions call for using a bag to coat the chops, but this can also be done in a bowl. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Trim all fat from pork chops and discard. Beat egg whit with evaporated skim milk. Place the pork chops in the mixture, and let soak for 6 minutes, turning once. Mix together corn flake crumbs and the Hot and Spicy Seasoning Mix in a large plastic bag (preferrably gallon sized, but smaller if you must). Remove the pork chops from the milk mixtures and put them in the plastic bag with the crumb mixture. Shake to coat evenly. Spray 9x 13 inch baking pan with non stick spray. Place the pork chops in the pan. Sprinkle any remaining crumb mixture on top. Bake for 15 minutes, and turn. Bake 15 more minutes or until no pink remains.
