How Do You Make Barbeque Sauce, Homestyle?

0

Ever wondered how to make your very own barbecue sauce to personalize your own grill out and impress everyone with your cooking skills? Try this very easy and quick recipe for adding a little flavorful sauce to your grilled chicken and pork. Chop the onion up into small pieces on cutting board. Remember that this is a sauce, so a little texture is good and the onions flavor all the other ingredients but you don’t want to large of chunks. Do the same for the pepper. Chop into small pieces. Throw the chopped onion and pepper into the skillet and add the brown sugar, salt, tomato juice, vinegar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder and water to skillet as well. Turn on stove and simmer all ingredients for a good fifteen minutes. Serve as is or use as baste for your pre-grilled meats. Feel free to change the quantity of ingredients to your preferences. Post how it went and if you like or would change the recipe for others!
