Here is how to make Berry Fruit Cobbler. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. While the oven is heating mix the filling for the fruit cobbler. Mix 6 cups of berries OR any cut up fruit with 3/4 cups of sugar and 1/3 cup of all-purpose flour. Mix the ingredients well. Spray cooking spray like PAM into an 8 x 8 square baking pan. Pour in the mixture. Next mix the topping by combining flour, sugar, baking powder and salt and mix well. Add beaten egg to dry ingredients and stir until mixture is moistened but still crumbly.
