How Do You Make Black Raspberry Brook Trout?
Combine your hike to fish a mountain stream with your dinner plans. Simply grab some black raspberries along the way. This is a healthy taste twist for the late summer camper or day tripper Prepare your trout so the skin is left on and the head, innards, and fins are removed. Place the trout end to end on the foil and fill them with a handful of the black raspberries. Sprinkle the second handful of berries over the trout. Double roll the trout loosely in the foil allowing for an air pocket. Pull the foil ends tight and twist. Set the foiled trout on your pan/grill/sticks over the fire. Cook each side for 10 minutes.
