lemon juice will lighten it some but the sun is what lightens it naturally if you do not want to use chemicals on your hair that would be the best way to go if you do want to process your hair find the color you want and mix it with equal amount of 10 volume developer for subtle highlites foil wrap or pull it through a cap add the lemon juice or color where you want it.
