Make up all your ingredients starting with your zucchini, sugar, oil, vanilla, and eggs. Mix everything very thoroughly your mixture will not be thick. It will be somewhat still liquid. That is ok. Next, you want to add in your flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, pecans or walnuts, whichever you prefer, and add your raisins as well, and mix well.
