Here is a really easy recipe to make a delicious fruit pizza using cookie dough, cool-whip, and fresh sliced fruit. This is a great idea for breakfast, brunches, parties, and as a unique and yummy gift! Mix the sugar cookie dough according to ingredient on the package. Flatten the dough onto a round pizza baking sheet covered with aluminum foil. Bake the sugar cookie dough according to the directions on the package. Cook time is usually 10-15 minutes; it is ready when the edges are golden brown. Make sure the the center is completely cooked. Once taken out of the oven, let the ‘pizza’ crust cool for 5-10 minutes. Take out the Cool-Whip. You can tint this with red food coloring to make it a pinkish color for fun, but this is optional. Evenly spread the cool-whip over the top of the crust. Make sure you don’t spread it completely to the edges so you can grab the slices by the edge (Just like a regular pizza slice).
