Kabobs and Camping seem to go hand in hand. This recipe is for the enthusiast who just wants a more fancy meal in the outdoors from the usual hotdog dinner. It is easy to prepare ahead of time so all you have to do is skewer your ingredients and roast them. Serve these over a bed of rice if you really want a great meal.
