How Do You Make Cheesy Sausage Potatoes?
This is a dish that my husband came up with. It is so good and is a big hit among everyone that tries it. You can use this as a one dish meal or use it as a side dish. We make it at almost any family get together. It is real simple to make. Wash and cut up the potatoes, onions, peppers and sausage. Put in a large casserole dish. Add the pepperoni, salt and the Cajun seasoning to taste. I usually put in about 1-2 tablespoons of the Cajun seasoning. Add the butter and lightly toss all the ingredients together. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and put in an oven set at 350 degrees. Cook until the potatoes are cooked all the way through. After you remove it from the oven add the package of cheese and cover again with the aluminum foil until the cheese has melted. Enjoy!!!
