• Melt a large block of chocolate in a microwave safe bowl in the microwave or in a saucepan. • Remove and place in a bowl with 1/2 tablespoon of milk and stir until combined at this stage you can add whatever else you like such as nuts or sultanas (raisins) or perhaps dried cranberries. • Place in mini paper cases or in a candy mould. • Decorate with white chocolate, optional. Refrigerate until set.
