How Do You Make Chocolate Coconut Sauce?
Give your ice cream sundae a tropical kick with this coconut chocolate sauce. Makes 1 1/2 cups. In a heavy saucepan, whisk together cream of coconut and heavy cream. Bring the mixture to a simmer over low heat. Whisk in chocolates until they are melted and sauce is smooth. Whisk in coconut extract, salt and rum. Serve the sauce warm or at room temperature over ice cream.
