How Do You Make Chocolate Dipped Marshmallows?

Several of my friends drink hot chocolate instead of coffee. At Christmas I like to make the chocolate dipped spoons and give them some cocoa. But I saw something easy to make and thought I would share how to make it. Chocolate dipped marshmallows. MELT YOUR CHOCOLATE Usually milk chocolate melts in the microwave after 2 40 second intervals. Make sure the chocolate is melted, but, not burned. Burned chocolate is sad – on many levels, and it stinks. STICK 2 MARSHMALLOWS ON A STICK Dip the marshmallows in the melted chocolate. Twirl between your fingers until marshmallows are covered completely. Hold the marshmallow out of the chocolate so excess can drain. PLACE YOUR CHOCOLATE COVERED MARSHMALLOWS ON WAX PAPER Put this in the frigerator and let it set up – 15 to 30 minutes. WRAP YOUR CANDY IN A BAG or PLACE IN ZIPLOC BAG Give this to your cocoa loving friends for a nice gift. OPTIONS While your chocolate is still wet – dip the top in brightly colored sprinkles. Add some Amaretto flavori
