How Do You Make Chocolate Molten Lava Cake?

Spray 6 glass custard cups with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside. Combine baking chocolate and butter in a microwave safe mixing bowl. Microwave on 50% power for 45 sec. Stir. If chocolate is not melted, microwave again on 50% power in 15 sec. intervals until melted. Stir in the eggs, egg yokes, and vanilla in the same bowl as the chocolate. Next, fold in the powered sugar and the flour. Pour batter into 6 custard cups. Place cups on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 14 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven after 15 minutes and allow to cool for several minutes before removing from custard cup. For easy removal, place small serving plate on top of cup, then flip over.
