Peel your bananas, and slice them in to a microwave – safe bowl. Try and make all the slices the same size so they will be done at the same time. Put the bowl of bananas in to the microwave for about one minute. You want them to become easily smashable with a fork. You’ll be able to tell when they are done because if you watch, you will be able to see them turning smushy. When the bananas are done, smash them with a fork. Add two or three spoonfuls of sugar, or however much tastes good to you. Brown sugar is really yummy on these, but any kind will work. Sprinkle some cinnamon on top and stir the whole thing until it is well mixed. Enjoy !
