Easy Fast way to make a great lunch or dinner! No cooling needed! In a large bowl mix your mayonaise , milk, vinegar and salt. Mix well. Once your pasta is cooked, cooled and drained add pasta, tuna, tomatos, cucumber/green pepper and green onions into bowl. Let salad chill in refridgerator for 30 min. Makes 7 cups.
