I know people know how to make chicken, but I believe it is best served fried. There’s nothing like the southern way of making fried chicken. It can be served with all kinds of different side dishes. Clean, wash and remove any feathers that may be present. Cover with water until ready to use. Pour oil into skillet and heat at medium high setting. Turn down if it appears to be too hot. If using a deep fryer heat oil to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Mix well and set aside. Mix egg and milk together with whisk or fork. Make sure that all yolks are well blended into the milk. Remove each chicken wing, one by one and shake off access water. Roll into egg and milk mixture and place into the flour. Place into skillet or deep fryer and cook until golden brown. Makes 12 servings.
