How Do You Make Crock-Pot Pepper Steak?
Slow-cooked beef makes for very tender meat. Make sure to have some crusty French bread on hand. Serves six. Cut steak into serving-size portions. Place half the steak in the Crock-Pot. Arrange green peppers over steak. Place remaining steak on top of the peppers. Mix dried onion, stock, soy sauce, ground ginger and garlic powder; pour over meat. Cover Crock-Pot and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
