Creating custom toddler T-shirts is a great way to make a bit of extra cash. Many vendors sell them at flea markets, craft shows and street fairs. There is no need for special equipment. Using any design software and an inkjet printer you can create adorable, cute and funny images to customize and even personalize T-shirts for little ones. Create an image, measuring approximately 5 inches by 6 inches, using any design software that you have installed. Create your artwork or insert photographs. You could also add names, sayings or monograms using the text tools. Place a sheet of iron-on transfer paper into an inkjet printer. Make sure the paper is compatible with your printer. Prepare your design for printing on the transfer paper. Click “Properties” in the print menu and choose the “Advanced” tab. Change the page setting to “Mirror Print” and click “OK” to begin printing.
