How Do You Make Dads Peanut Butter Cookies?
Everyone loves peanut butter cookies – except maybe those poor individual who are allergic to nuts. The problem is most people hate to take the time to bake. So in an attempt to save the world from needlessly wasting time in the kitchen – here is perhaps the all-time easiest, simplest, cheapest, and quickest recipe for peanut butter cookies. Try it – you’ll love ’em! Spoon 1 cup peanut butter into a small mixing bowl. Creamy will work – but everyone loves chunks in their cookies. Crack 1 egg into the bowl with peanut butter. Be sure to discard the shell – no one loves egg shells in their cookies. Pour 1 cup sugar into mixing bowl with peanut butter and egg. Don’t measure – just pour until it seems like AT LEAST a cup of sugar. Mix well. Or don’t. There is really no need for precision here. Spoon onto greased cookie sheet in golfball sized blobs. The greased part is important – the size isn’t. Smash the blobs down with a fork, making a criss-cross pattern, until they reach 1/4″ to 1/2″
